NDB Law secured a favourable order in a complex Testamentary Matter, the order established two important legal principles:
- An individual without a caveatable interest cannot intervene in a Testamentary Petition; and
- If a person has waived their rights in the properties of the deceased, their legal heirs of such person cannot claim a caveatable interest.
This outcome reflects our firm’s deep understanding of testamentary law and our commitment to achieving favorable results for our clients. The case was handled with precision and strategic insight, demonstrating our ability to navigate intricate legal issues effectively.
